If you have customers on an iPhone who are pulling up their ticket QR code from their Apple Wallet, you'll simply need to scan the QR code as shown on the screen!
If you need to see the customer's ticket info and ticket details:
When the customer opens their Apple Wallet and ticket, it does not immediately show the customer's Available Passes. It will display with your event and venue name, and their QR code (example below):
Next, the customer can click on the 3 dots on the top right corner and click "Pass Details" to show the tickets that the customer purchased (example below):

Show Customers Full Order by Scanning QR Code
If you need to see the customer's full order but it's not displaying with the QR code, you can choose to scan with Quick Scan disabled, which will pull up the customers whole order after scanning their QR code, so you can see each ticket type listed out within the app and redeem them that way.
