If you're looking for ways to reach past or current attendees, Email Marketing and Automation is for you!

With the Email Marketing & Automation functionality, you can:

  • Create beautiful (reusable) email templates, or start from one of over a dozen pre-built templates.

  • Send one-off campaigns with offers and a "Call to Action" button linking to your event.

  • Target campaigns at all past purchasers, or filter recipients down to JUST ticket purchasers for specific events, ticket types, or timeslots.

  • Create automatic campaigns triggered with a time delay after a customer checks out, checks in at an event, or after their event ends.

    • These are great for targetted upgrade offers, at-event promos, or post-event follow-ups/surveys.

    • Remarketing to customers who don't complete a checkout is coming soon!

  • Review tracking and analytics after each campaign is sent.

Email Marketing Pricing Plans: The Email Marketing and Automation functionality is free to use for up to 1,000 emails per month! Here are details on how the pricing plans work:

  1. Starter Plan @ $0/mo: This plan includes 1,000 free emails per month. Beyond that you'll be charged at $0.02/email sent.

  2. Growth Plan @ $49/mo: This plan includes 5,000 free emails per month. Beyond that, you'll be charged at $0.015/email sent. Automation emails do not count against your totals in this plan!
