To create a one off email campaign, first click the Promote tab in the navigation bar. Then select Email Campaigns from this screen.
Step 1: Create Campaign
You can click Create Campaign in the top.
Step 2: Add Campaign Details
Right now you're on your new campaign screen. Enter a name for your campaign.
Now add a subject for the campaign.
Next, you can add a content area for your campaign, describing your offer or other information that you'd like to send to your customers.
Step 3: Add a Call-To-Action Button
Under Call to Action, you can add a Call to Action button. Start by adding a button text, a button link, and choosing the color of your button.
Step 4: Choose a Campaign Template
Next, you can choose an existing campaign template or upload graphics for a standalone campaign. I'm going to choose an existing campaign template that I've already created.
Step 4: Choose a Campaign Type
Next you can choose your campaign type. Since we want this to be a one off campaign, we're going to choose standard one off campaign.
Step 5: Choose Your Recipients
You can select your recipients under recipient filters. You may select all customers past and current, or you can select recipients from specific events, ticket types, and time slots.
If you want to add email addresses to receive this campaign for anyone else that isn't already a customer, you can do that under Specific Emails.
Step 6: Schedule Your Campaign
Finally, if you'd like, you can choose a specific date and time for this email to be sent. Otherwise, if you leave this blank, you'll be able to send it whenever you like.
Step 7: Save Your Campaign
To save your campaign, click Create Email Campaign at the bottom of the screen.
Step 8: Preview Your Campaign
Your email marketing campaign is complete! You can now preview your campaign by clicking the Preview button under your campaign name, or you can edit it by clicking the Edit button.
Step 9: Send Your Campaign
When you're ready to send this email, you can just click Send now and it'll immediately be delivered to the recipients, your chosen recipients.
