Use a Pre-Built Email Template (Email Marketing & Automation)

This article covers the process to save an email template from the Passage Email Templates Library and edit it for use in your campaigns.

To add a template from the Passage Email Templates library, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select Email Campaigns

Starting from the Admin area, select Promote and then click Email Campaigns.

Step 2: Access Template Library

From here, click Email Templates on the left, then click View Template Library.

Step 3: Browse Templates

Next, browse the available templates.

Step 4: Preview Template

You can click Preview on any template that you want to see, such as the "Beer Festivals" template.

Step 5: Add Template

If you like the template you're viewing, simply click Add Template.

Step 6: Edit Template

Now you have a copy in your library, and you can edit that template in any way you like by clicking Edit under the template name.
