Did you purchase Enhanced Refund Protection for your tickets? Here is how you can request your conditional refund.

Did you purchase Enhanced Refund Protection for your tickets?

Enhanced Refund Protection is a service covered by our refund protection partner, Protecht, and allows you to "protect" your purchase by getting a refund if you can't attend the event for a covered reason.

If you purchased the Enhanced Refund Protection add-on and you can't attend the event for one of the covered reason, then you'll need to file a claim.

Within an hour after purchasing your tickets and refund protection you received an email from Protecht about your refund program information. That email title is: Important: Your Refund Program Information.

Search your email inbox for "Important: Your Refund Program Information" to locate that email. In that email you will find a button to view your program terms, and a second to request your refund. If you are covered by the program terms, just follow the link to request your refund.

If you are not able to locate the email from Protecht, you can request to have your email be re-sent from this link: https://passage.requestmyrefund.com/enhancedrefundprogram/refund
