Passage Manager App Reporting

You have been asking for reporting in the mobile app, and as of September 2025 it is now available! Numbers from your Tickets and Transactions report can be viewed by tapping the Reports tab at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Employee accounts without Reporting permission will not be able to view any of your event's reporting data in Passage Manager.

Tickets

Like the online Tickets report the mobile app version will show the number of tickets sold, number of tickets redeemed, dollar amount, discounts amount, and processing or service fees. The list of individual tickets will also be included on screen. Tapping into a ticket will displays all of its details including ticket and start time, along with a button to redeem the ticket manually, and a link to the related transaction.

To access the filters tap the icon at the top-right part of the screen. The mobile app's tickets report can be filtered by the following:

  • Date Range (required): Select one date or a date range to view ticket sales over

  • Event (required): Select the event to view tickets sales for

  • Redeemed: Search for only redeemed tickets by selecting Yes, or only unredeemed tickets by selecting No

  • Ticket Type: Search only for the sales of a specific ticket option

  • Timeslot: Search only for the sales in a specific timeslot on the event

Transactions

The mobile app Transactions report will show the total number of transactions, dollar amount, processing and service fees, and any refunds issued. The list of individual transactions will also be included on screen. Tapping into a transaction will display all of its details, along with a button to refund the transaction from within the app.

Tap the icon at the top-right part of the screen to access the filters. The mobile app's transactions report can be filtered by the following:

  • Date Range (required): Select one date or a date range to view ticket sales over

  • Event (required): Select the event to view tickets sales for

  • Payment Type: Search for a specific type of payment; i.e. "App: Cash" for cash sales, "Web: Credit/Debit" for online sales, or "App: Terminal" for in-person card sales

  • Last Four: Search the last 4 digits of a card number to find a specific customer's transaction

To toggle between Transactions and Ticket reports tap the < Reports link at the top-left part of the screen.
