The Products Report provides a list of all products sold through your account along with customer details and shipping details, if applicable. Each row in the report is an individual product displaying its ID number, purchase date and time, customer name and email, product, variant, ship vs pickup option, redemption status, pricing, taxes, and fees. The data in the Products Report can be exported in a CSV format that can loaded into any spreadsheet program and managed.

The boxes at the top of the page also display total numbers for items like total products sold, total products redeemed, total dollar amount, as well as total taxes and fees. By default this displays the total for all products sold through your account, but the filters in the left-hand sidebar can be used to adjust that date range or look at only tickets and customers that meet certain criteria.

โ€‹Products Report Filters

  • Email: Search for a customer who created an account to purchase.

  • Guest Email: Search for a customer who purchased as a guest.

  • Product: Search for an individual product by name.

  • Product Variant: Search for a specific product variant.

  • Redeemed: Yes = show only products used. No = show only unused products.

  • Delivery Method: Choose to lookup products that will be be picked up at the event, or will need to be shipped.

  • Payment Type: See numbers for specific purchase types. Multiple can be selected.

  • Purchased Date From / To: Search for sales by a specific date or date range. The two filters can be used together or alone.

  • Time Zone: Defaults to venue time zone. Can be adjusted if necessary.
