Get the Word Out: Sharing Events on Social Media

One great way to get the word out about your event is to share to those already following you on social media! If you have even a few followers on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, or any other social networks, chances are that they'll be receptive to any new events you post. We've already integrated to allow you AND your guests to share your event directly to hundreds of different social media platforms.

Here's how:

  1. Head over to your event page. You can either search for it at, or head into your "Admin" area, and click the name of your event.

  2. On your event page, look for a box titled "Share". If on desktop, this will be on the right-hand side-bar. If on mobile, this will be below the event info.

  3. Click the button for the network you want to share on! When clicking the button, you'll be brought to a dialog right on that social media site to complete your share. If a button for your preferred service isn't listed, then you can usually find it by clicking the "+More" button.
