Color Coded Time Slots

Written by Alex Linebrink

If you want your calendar time slots to stand out or offer different ticket types for each, you can use color-coded labels. Let's look at the steps:

Step 1: Open Events Management

Go to your admin from the account menu, then select Manage Events from the Events menu.

Step 3: Choose Editing Method

You can click a time slot to add a new calendar label individually, or click the Bulk Edit button at the top to edit multiple time slots at once.

Step 4: Select Time Slots to Label

If using Bulk Edit, select all the time slots you want to label. For example, select all 7 o'clock time slots to label them as Kid Friendly. After selecting all the times you want to edit, click "Edit" at the top right of your time slots.

Step 5: Create and Assign a Calendar Label

Under Calendar label, either select an existing label or create a new one. For example, create a label called Kid Friendly and choose a green color. Click Update to save.

Step 6: Label Remaining Time Slots

Refresh your time slots, select all non-7 o'clock slots, and click Edit. Create a new label, such as Scare Me Plenty, and assign a red color. Update to apply the changes.

Step 7: View Updated Time Slots

Return to View the event. When you check See dates and times, you'll see the 7 o'clock slots marked as Kid Friendly and the later slots as Scare Me Plenty across all dates.
