This guide will go over reviewing results from your email marketing campaigns and also checking in on your usage of the email marketing functionality. Let's look at the steps:

Step 1: Select Promote Tab

To first view the results of an email marketing campaign, select the Promote tab from the top navigation bar and then select Email Marketing from that menu.

Step 2: Access Email Campaigns

This takes you to the Email Campaigns screen.

Step 3: Return to Campaigns

If you're already in the email marketing tool, perhaps under Email Templates, you can click Email Campaigns on the left to get back to the Email Campaigns screen.

Step 4: Scroll to a Completed Campaign

Next, scroll down to a completed campaign at the bottom. Completed campaigns will have the green "Completed" label under the campaign title and they'll also show a "Results" button beneath.

Step 5: Click Results Button

You can see I have a completed campaign and the Results button is visible under that campaign. To view the results, simply click the Results button on this screen.

Step 6: Review Results

On the Campaign Results screen you'll be able to see how many emails were delivered out of how many attempted and you can get easily visible color coded status updates on each and every email that was sent. You'll be able to tell if it was delivered, if it was opened, if the email bounced, if delivery was failed, or even if the email was clicked.

Step 7: Check Usage

Next, what if you want to see how much usage you've had of your email marketing tool so far? Under the Account menu in the top right, you can click Service Subscriptions to see your usage of any and all subscription services.

Step 8: Review Subscription Details

Here you'll see the Passage marketing campaign subscription that you've subscribed to and you can see your monthly price, your overage email price and uses this period.

Step 9: Monitor Email Usage

Since I've only used 31 of 1000 emails this period, I'm not over my allotted amount. Those 1,000 emails are free, so I will not be charged. If this were to go over 1000 emails for this period, I would be charged at the overage price.
