To create stored credit gift cards that your customers can purchase start by creating a new product. Use a name for the product like "Gift Cards," "Gift Certificates," or however you want to present it to customers. Then, to set up the product as a gift card simply select the "This is a Gift Card" checkbox before saving.

You'll also be able to assign what page you want customers to go to when they redeem their gift card; this can be the All Events page for your account, or a specific event page.

When a customer redeems there gift card the value will be assigned as a stored credit on their account. The credit is specific to only items on sale by your account, but will automatically be applied when they checkout with your events or products. The credit will apply to the item price, fees, and sales tax, if applicable.

To set up the gift card values available for customers to purchase create variants at the bottom of your product settings for the respective dollar amounts. These variant amounts will show up as the selectable options when customers are purchasing a gift card.

The Visibility setting on your gift card product will determine where it is available for sale. Stored value gift cards will need to be purchased through the website, so only Online: Upsell and Online: Standalone visibilities are options you'll want to enable.

In the gift card product settings select the events and venues you want to offer the gift cards for sale through. The event selection works with both Online: Upsell and Online: Standalone availability settings. The venue selection will only work for Online: Standalone availability.
