Choosing the Passage Streaming option for your event will provide a Stream URL and Stream Name/Key unique to your event. Those stream details will be used in an encoder to send your stream to your virtual access page. When using the Passage Streaming service each ticket sale will incur an additional service fee of $0.50/ticket (unless stated otherwise).

You also will be given the option to Save Streams for this Event to Video Library. When selected your video will be added to your account's video library and remain connected to your event's virtual access page for on demand viewing by ticket holders. When using Passage Video Hosting you will also be charged $5 per video per month (minimum of 1 month).

If you stream with the option to save your stream selected, your video will be temporarily stored for 2 days. You'll have three options:

  1. Add to Video Library: This will allow your video to be watched indefinitely and you'll be charged the $5 a month as if it was an uploaded video. When using Passage Video Hosting you will also be charged $5 per video per month (minimum of 1 month).

  2. Download: We'll give you an mp4 version of your stream that you can use however you like.

  3. Delete: Permanently remove the video from Passage

If no action is taken the video will be deleted after 2 days.
